Starting the last week of May, registered voters in Johnson County will start receiving advance ballot applications for the August and November elections. In response to the pandemic, the Johnson County Election Office mailed advance voting applications to every voter in the county.
Voters can return the applications three ways:
1. By mail: The applications can be folded into a self-addressed envelope and mailed to the Election Office (stamp required).
2. To the 24-hour, drive-through ballot boxes at the Election Office: The ballot boxes are located at 2101 E. Kansas City Road in Olathe.
3. By email: A photo or scan of the applications can be sent to votebymail@jocogov.org.
