The Board of Directors is asking for your input and insights.

In late 2023, our State League identified a “Challenge” facing the State League but also all our local leagues in Kansas. In 2024 and again in 2025, league members across Kansas attended Kansas Leadership Center classes on how to approach this Challenge. The first step is asking all our local league members what are called “Powerful Questions” (open-ended, not yes/no type questions) and receiving back their replies.
